In this role-play, you will apply your learnings on the application procedure for various support schemes to adaptation projects.
Build three groups (Group A: villagers, Group B: officials, and Group C: GP level committee)
There will be one facilitator for each group
Group A (villagers): will assign support schemes to a prioritiesed adaptation measure. The facilitator will note down
schemes and pass them on to the second group (Group B: officials). Group A will complete the application form provided with
the role-play handout for the adaptation measure and pass on their proposal to Group B for review.
Group B (officials): will seek out the schemes from the scheme inventory and the eligibility norms according to the selected schemes
by Group A. After group B has reviewed and discussed the proposal developed by Group A, they will make a presentation to group C
to make their case.
Group C (GP level committee): will make a recommendation.
