    Poor people are more impacted by Climate Change (CC) due to high dependant on natural resources. CC also enhances frequency and intensity of disasters.

    Sl No 8-15 deal with infrastructure issues
    Sl No 16-29 deal wit capacity issues

    Section Sec. 32 of DM Act enables PRIs to Prepare DMP by identifying various measures for measures for (a) Prevention and mitigation (b) Capacity-building and preparedness (c) Response and recovery in the event of disaster
