operation and maintenance plan by using a
four-step approach:
First step: Define the components: Of what
components is your measure composed of?
Second step: Analyse and define what O&M
activities are necessary to operate and maintain
the infrastructure measure.
Third step: Define the timetable: when is the
action to be realised or may it be a returning
activity and on what frequency it must be
implemented?
Fourth step: Who is responsible for each
identified O&M activity? Should there perhaps
be a person employed just for that task?
