Feasibility assessment

   Step 1: Examine the costs.

Link some of the schemes you already know.
See the resource gap of own contribution+grant/subsidy+loan.
-> If after this, you fail to get the required cost then it is not feasible.

   Step 2: Name the resources who can handle/lead such tasks from your villages.

Analyse if hiring could be possible from outside within the budget Define if people can be trained and do perform the task.
-> If they can´t be trainers, if they can´t be hired, then the activity has to be dropped.

   Step 3: Discuss if your project complies with rules and policies

Analyse whether government can amend it within the time period.
-> If not drop the (sub-)activity.

   Finetune your action plan based on the results of the feasbility assessment and reformulate output, outcome and impact in case the revised action plan is not able to archieve the prior defined objectives anymore
