Step 1. Direct and indirect impact of climate change on agriculture and forest

The impacts of climate change is being manifested in the form of extreme weather
     events, Heat waves, drought, destroying agriculture, increasing risk of wildfires
     and floods and storms surges.

Agriculture is the key sector to provide livelihood and employment opportunity and
    support in social transformation and economic development of society.

Climate variability/ changes affected agriculture, food supply, livestock due to frequent
     flooding, scarcity of irrigation water, increased pest attack, diminishing fodder availability,
     pasture land and deforestation.
